Konoha- A village [Also known as the leaf village]
Shinobi- A ninja that uses special magic called chakra.
Jinchuriki- Person with a monster sealed inside.
Tsunami- BIG tidal wave.
Hokage- A counciller of a ninja village.
Kyuubi- Nine-Tailed beast
Naruto. The tv program about young ninjas growing up. Naruto, The main character, Is one of them. He thinks he is just a normal boy, although he is alone in life, except for a few of his friends. In episode one he graduates from the ninja academy and becomes a Konoha shinobi.
Also in that episode He is tricked into stealing a secret scroll and chased after by his teachers. Then the person who tricked him into stealing the scroll [Mizuki] tells him a very big secret that reveals everything about his lonleyness.
[FLASHBACK]
12 years ago, an enormous, vicious nine-tailed fox appeared. With a single tail it could start a tsunami or an earthquake, It could destroy an entire village with ease. All the ninjas worked together to defeat the beast. Many people were lost in this. Eventually, A clever hokage of Konoha sacrificed himself and sealed the monster inside a human body. Before he did, He made a wish that the kyuubi would be accepted by the villagers as a normal person. It was forbidden to be spoken of. People did break the rules, and slightly ignored the kyuubi and he was left out all the time.
However, the other children were not told so the generations could continue without knowing.

The big secret was, Naruto Uzumaki, The left out, lonley boy was infact the nine-tailed fox.
The fox spirit was sealed inside him with a 5 prone seal, this means by a very powerful seal on his belly.
He can use the fox's chakra to fight enemies. Recently he has learnt to transform and grow fangs, get red eyes, bushy hair, claws and darker/deeper whisker marks.
